The Community Rugby section of the Australian Rugby Union site provides simple drills and videos for all ages. A good resource for coaches who want to keep their sessions varied but focused.

The ARU also publish the work of their Level III qualified coaches. These papers cover a huge span of topics, including the difficulties of coaching decision making, improvement of kicking techniques and the key factors influencing quick ruck ball. The Australians have been the leaders for the last decade in coaching method and we highly recommend a browse of their archive.
The RFU technical journal archive is packed with articles written by coaches for coaches that encompass a range of topics, including the fundamentals of defence (written by former international Neil Back), on-field communication, self-analysis, rugby vision and creating strategies. We have yet to find a resource that matches the technical journal for depth of writing and consistency of articles. They produce and article every Tuesday. Check it out.

Similar to the Australian site, however the NZ set-up is a lot easier to navigate and the videos tend to work! Again, this site is valuable for simple drills that complement the fundamental skills of the game. There is also a quality rugby training guide that will generate tailored session plans for both the coach and player relevant to experience, fitness levels and the time of season.
